Very long wait times.
Been to Ikea before? The. This one won’t disappoint mostly because it’s like every other one which in a way is a good thing. When I lived in San Antonio I would come up to this location and always enjoyed the trip up here. Then they put one in SA and still I came to this one. It was a good excuse to come to round rock I guess.
My go to place for home furnishings. They have a good enough selection to find something I like and the price is reasonable. Its one stop shopping which takes a lot of stress out (no need to drive to places to compare) even if it is a bit of a drive from Austin.nnIn Covid times they are still plenty busy. Masks required, checkout lines are longer because of spacing and the food court seems to be either closed or have restricted hours/capacity. Quick snacks are still available up front.
So many reasons not to shop here. Same old food, nothing is ever fully stocked to build your furniture, cheap furniture that falls apart. And I find out today you will be kicked out for not wearing a mask that is NO LONGER A MANDATE. This place doesn't care about customers they followed me all the way out of the store because I refused a mask. I had already said I was leaving and Tim and Maggie decided to follow and harass me like I was a criminal over a mask. This was after I had already said I'm leaving. I'm not spending my money with companies that try and control my rights. Went right down the street didn't need a mask and spent my money there. Texas has better places to go shopping for decor and furniture needs. If you are not sure of other places I'd be happy to help. I shop a lot and know other stores with better quality and they are in stock.
