Excellent customer service and experience. Both gentlemen working were very kind to me, my wife and kids. There were no pushy sales to buy the highest price mattress and they were more concerned with our comfort and sleep than making money. They were very understanding and let us try out multiple mattresses after we found the kind that we would need for comfort and support. Never once did they try to push us to buy anything but just checked to make sure that we had our questions answered and we knew what we were looking at in order to make the best informed decision that we could. Would recommend this location and the employees to anyone looking to buy a new mattress or any bed equipment.

Excellent customer service and fantastic experience with John today! We went through the warranty claim process with Factory Mattress and our claim was approved in less than 72 hours (Shout out to Bonnie with their claims department). Easy process to reselect our new mattress in store. Great company that you can trust to make good on their promises.

My husband and I went into Factory Mattress looking for a Cali King. Marc and Tom greeted us and Marc began to show us what selections he thought would work for us after getting to know us. He told us about the king size bed options and we started to discuss the cons of a Cali King. He was SO energetic and FUN! Marc put us on the bed that uses technology to show us the best fits for us. We bought two new pillows and are headed back Wednesday to purchase a king bed. I cannot stress enough how amazing Marc was. He was the highlight of our day. I have personally never had so much fun in a mattress store before! Tom and Marc compliment each other well in the work environment. They both deserve raises and a night out. I am so impressed! I would recommend Factory Mattress to anyone looking for patient and caring people to take care of your sleeping needs!

I thought shopping for 6 mattresses at once was going to be difficult until we found Marc at the Round Rock location. He was able to direct us to the mattresses we needed and managed to make it a fun experience. We just relocated here and had no clue where to go for a good deal. After a couple of great night's of sleep, I would recommend going to see Marc for a great deal and positive experience.

John immediately greeted us upon arriving and kindly helped us find our perfect bed. As first time buyers it can be daunting. He made sure we felt comfortable and got what we needed for our individual needs and financial needs as well. 10/10 would recommend!
