I have been a T Mobile customer for 5 years. I bought a phone for my wife for Christmas. The store was unwilling to do the trade-in without inspecting my wife's phone, forcing me to take my wife and her phone with me to make the purchase. I ruined her Christmas surprise and made the transaction. The store representative made it clear, and my receipt showed as well that we were to receive a $750 trade-in for her Iphone 8.nnWhen attempting to make the trade-in I was informed that we were NOT eligible for the promotion, receipt does not matter and the scum bag Store Manager Jen refused to honor the deal.nnThis is not an honorable company even if you have a receipt in writing. Go anywhere else but not this store.nnChris
Phone wasn't working properly because of Samsung update. Fixed it within just a few minutes. Great service!

Jenn, the manager, was a positive and friendly face, in spite of all the chaos and frustration we are having to deal with this virus.
