The lady who answered my call for appointment was very rude. i had clarification in why they want my address, she was rude and before i could even answer she cut my call. She was rude in my initial call as well. I feel so offended and i wish i could give less than zero rating.
My ultrasound tech was very nice and warm welcoming today i had a gender reveal package I had a great experience she took her time and got everything just perfect thank you so much for the amazing pictures
Ive gone here with both my pregnancies and its been a great experience every time.everyone is friendly and professional.
We had a great experience! I am 31 weeks. My husband hasn't been able to go to any of my ultrasounds or appointments. Seeing our baby together was the best! Really helped him feel more a part of the experience. We also loved the pictures and video to take home. Very patient and kind and went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience. 100% would recommend! Especially for those whose husbands/partners havnt gone to other ultrasounds.
