I made my appointment online for 5:30pm. When I went in, I was greeted by both employees and had to wait for about two minutes. I only needed my new phone activated and I thought I had messed it up, but Alexander helped me. He was wonderful, knowledgeable and super nice! He had me out and on my way by 5:48pm. I will say that it’s probably in your best interest to schedule an appointment, but I am so happy with the service that I received.

Steven was a wonderful staff associate that knows very much how to take care of his customers... so glad that he helped me get an upgrade for my wife's new note 20 ultra! I would recommend him to any of my friends.

T-MOBILE TEAM:nnAlex, Cassandra and Oliver were all 3 extremely helpful in getting my new upgrade set up.nnAll had amazing customer service skills and did whatever it takes / stayed as long as they needed to get everything all taken care of for me.nnTo be honest, there are about 3 different t-Mobile stores that are closer to my house but I will continue to come to this one because of the great experience I had with all of them.nnThanks again for all your help!! :)
