As a former employee currently working with a home loan officer to buy a house. The home loan officer has reached out twice to get in touch with somebody to get documentation for work history and Natalie said word for word it's not a priority!! Going on two weeks now still haven't heard a word back. Called a former manager and he said he will look into it and see what he can find out.

Editing my previous review. After being extremely happy with the initial installation work they did on our new house, there have been some bumps in the road with logistics for follow-up service calls being poorly handled. I have always been very satisfied with the technicians and the quality of their work. After I posted a review here last week, my Saber representative called to apologize for the experiences I commented about and asked me to contact him directly about anything needed in the future. While his call doesn't change the logistics issues that I experienced, it did leave me feeling more favorable about the company and getting better experiences with them in the future, so I'm shifting my 1-star review up to 3-stars and we'll see how things go the next time I need help from them.

Have had repeated problems with equipment. We were guaranteed on going tech support, but once they received their check it is like pulling teeth to get them to respond.

Natalie is very unprofessional definitely would never reccomend having to deal with her.
