This T-Mobile store is the BEST!! I have 6 lines with them, and they always help everyone with exactly what we need. They are professional and friendly.
The lady who works in this store scamed me, they had a deal for samsung smart watches for $250 a piece and she told me its $450 and if i bought 1 they would give me 1 for free. And then she also told me that the service on the watches i could cancel in 4 month but that was FALSE. When i called samsung cust. Serv ,They told that i have got to have it for full 2 years otherwise the watch would cost me $350 a pice. Im very disappointed with with them how can they scam their customers like that .
An associate named Heaven helped me immensely with my phone issues. I was having a very hard time switching from straight talk, but she helped me switch 3 mobile lines and 2 LTE Galaxy watches to their service. I know for a fact it was a tedious process, but she was positive, calm, and patient. I applaud her for it, if T-MOBILE sees this, please get your associates or customers chairs :) she worked so hard, she deserves to rest her legs a little.
Heavin was very knowledgeable and helped me make the right choice for my new phone. It normally takes hours not only to pick a phone but to complete the purchase process, but because she was so attentive and willing to help me, we got in and out of there in less than an hour! I'm super happy with my new galaxy s10+ , and the rest of my family will be coming in to buy from Heavin very soon!
Great place to visit. I am satisfied since the beginning. Elaine was courteous and professional. Kevin took the overall time to walk me through my Samsung Note 8 issues. I will be returning.
