Friendly staff..short wait time.. this time around.
I love the original sandwich at Schlotzsky’s so much that I really never order any other entree. I’ll just admit that straight off.nnBut a few Schlotzsky’s do a poor job. Most do well enough. But this one consistently does it right. The sandwich is always hot AND juicy AND has all the stuff spread out evenly.nnUpdate April 2021. Things have changed since I last reviewed two years ago. No yogurt. Still have pretty good sandwiches and friendly staff.nnBut the day I got here there were LONG waits between ordering and getting our order. 15 minutes or more. And what we DID get was a partially correct order. Same for the three customers waiting ahead of us. And the two behind us.nnOops.nnIt all got fixed in the end (my teenage boy was happy because he got to eat the “wrong” medium sandwich plus the right one when it came.)nnBut some fixin’ is in order.
The guy in the drive thru was amazing. He just makes you happy. I appreciate the positivity after a week of freezing temperatures. First time we are able to come out and he made it worth it. Thank you
