Not Authentic Mexican but service was great!
I have been in this neighborhood for 3+ years but never knew about this fantastic resturant. I tried veg enchiladas and Guacamole. And cakes as well all tasted amazing. The chips does not have salt in it so we could taste the freshness of Guacamole. I need to visit multiple times to try other dishes.
They had good salsa and chips, but I did have to ask after seeing other tables get them. Tortillas are not authentic and barbacoa had no taste. There was also a bathroom odor. We found two hairs in our food and though the manager was kind enough to comp the $25 check, it was just an all around terrible experience. If you go, beans, eggs, and bacon were good.
Stopped by for the first time in a LONG time. Ownership has made some adjustments to accommodate for dine-in service and made significant improvements to their take out. Online ordering is now available and it took them no time at all to process orders from a long line of patrons. Best of all, their tacos are even better than I remember. The barbacoa were perfect. And my wife who is insanely picky happily ate her P/E/C tacos. The service is always super friendly and the prices are more than fair. Yeah, I think I'm in love with Juarez!!!
For more than 20 years this has been my favorite place to eat. Food is always good, prices fair and service is friendly.....plus theyt serve good coffee. Mexican and continental baked goods!!
