The two middle eastern women who were working 10-04-17 around 2:15 pm provided the worst customer service I have ever received. My girlfriend stood in front of them asking for assistance for a while and they continued to talk with each other and didn’t even acknowledge her. They need to be fired or trained properly. I do not recommend this location to anyone.
This young punk with ear buds wanted to correct me, the customer who is literally reading off the menu. He couldn't have been feeling like a dumby as he was too busy trying to be a smarty... good luck.nIf ya got something to say don't say it to my face instead of being a coward and talking s>=) under your breath young child.nYou sir are what is wrong with this world and if you cannot read your own menu, they do offer reading classes.
Pretzel was hard and old. The lady making the pretzels was terribly rude. She left after a few minutes and the other lady gave us a fresh pretzel.
The girl Rema working there is horrible with customer service. Sold me the saltiest pretzels I have ever ate and wanted to constantly argue with me how that’s how they are made. I come here almost every 2 weeks and never have I ever had pretzels like that. SOOOOOO FREAKING RUDE, She was talking to me lol she didn’t even work there. No going to this auntie Annie’s again. I suggest everyone else do the same. Wish I could give them 0 stars. Didn’t even get a refund for her salted freaking pretzels!!!
