Ordered a 6 inch wedding cake (almond) flavored birthday cake. Delicious!! The cake is super moist, fluffy, and delicious! The crumb is just right. Almond flavoring wasn’t too overwhelming - perfect balance between vanilla and almond. Candace is also very sweet and has reasonable pricing. If you’re on the fence about who to get to make your cake/cupcakes/desserts for your special day or event, choose Poindexter Confections!!
These were some of the most moist and tastiest cupcakes I’ve ever had! My guests loved them and were pleased. -We ordered 24 cupcakes and a small 4 inch cake for our daughter’s 1st yr birthday. They were all so delicious, but my favorite was the Mexican Vanilla and Red Velvet! Thank you again!
I had the pleasure of tasting Ms. Candace Mexican Vanilla cupcakes!!!!!! Let me just say that she is now my official “cake lady.” The cake itself was so moist!!!! The icing was perfect, they didn’t taste artificially flavored at all. Her customer service is top notch and her warm and pleasant demeanor makes ordering from her a pleasurable experience! Give her a try, you won’t be disappointed!
If you have not tried Poindexter confections, you must not know what PHENOMENAL CAKE is.. not only is the cake THE BEST cake I've tasted, her designs are incredible. You will not go wrong if you are looking for a custom cake designer.nnLet me not short change her other items either. The cupcake jars, popcorn flavors, and especially the Mexican vanilla cupcakes are some of my favorites.nnTest Tasted and APPROVED
The owner, Candace is a top notch professional businesswoman and her work is amazing! Recently she recreated my dream cake for my daughter’s birthday and straight nailed it. And! It didn’t just look good, it tasted delicious! She has definitely earned my respect and my repeat business.
