I've been going to Elements Message monthly for over 2 years. I have had excellent experiences every time. I like the location, lobby with infused water available, the staff, the ambiance, music, masseuse, facility, overall cleanliness (a biggie for me), and complimentary water afterwards--basically everything! I've been to many facilities and really enjoy this one. Taneisha is open to communicating type of message, areas needing attn, more/less pressure, heating pad temp, etc, etc. She's great and has greatly reduced my nagging pain in my lower back and shoulder.

LaNitra is UH-MAZING! I've been going to her for a year and she has a God-given talent and can immediately find tension and knots. She is gentle and if any area is so tight that it's tender just let her know and she will be easy on it. She caters each session based on your immediate needs and always does a fantastic job. I highly recommend her and the staff has been great. They are very professional and the lobby is really relaxing while waiting. I've got my husband going to her as well!

LaNetra has the magic touch!! Absolutely amazing experience. She had great symmetry (I'm picky about having what's done on one side done equally on the other side haha). She also focused on all the problem areas and adjusted pressure as needed throughout. She's very friendly and easy to talk to but I do appreciate that we had a quiet session. I've been to places where the massage therapist though kind try to hold a conversation during the session and I find it distracting (not to mention difficult to talk when you're face down). But with LaNetra it was so peaceful. I caught myself falling asleep several times I was so relaxed. Definitely recommend her and plan on going back!

My 5 star review is for the manager at this location. I recently bought the buy one get one half off promo they were running, and when I couldn’t get in with the therapist I wanted and found out they were booked through mid December, Mariesa found a way to put one of the gift certificates on my account for the Lakeline location. Thank you for looking out for your customers during a super stressful time and making sure they can get a little break from life when they need it!
