Did not end up getting a storage unit here, but let me tell ya customer service was out of this world so much I just one I had to my experience. The amount of detail, information and clarity we received from Steve was amazing! Definitely went above and beyond. Someone give this man a RAISE!
Outstanding service, friendliness, and a huge help all around. Steven in particular was great - really knowledgeable and provided great value. Coming back to this location next time I need storage without a doubt.
I recently moved my stiff from Georgia to Texas. I shopped around this CubeSmart was by far the best deal AND it was climate controlled!! Next, the lady at the front desk was super nice and extremely helpful. She took her time with me to show the units, discuss prices, and dimensions on which would best accommodate me. I highly recommend checking this place out if you are searching for a storage unit—- im pretty sure you cant find anything cheaper, cleaner, climate controlled, and great customer service!
My mom had to move her stuff and Monica was super helpful and amazingly sweet. I completely recommend if you need a storage near Austin go see her.
Prices are really good compared to other storage places. The manager Steve was really nice, helpful and courteous. Very clean place and very secure
