Great service and friendly staff. Showed up early and worked quickly. However, I was disappointed that they lost the wheels to my coffee table and a foot to my dining room table. The move was done with one truck and one trip, so I don't see how anything could have been lost, but somehow it happened.. just be sure to keep track of what they disassemble and have your own inventory list to go over before signing or paying.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! Not only were my needs personally catered to, but they also did an impeccable job! Every item in my house was neatly and professionally stored and moved to my new home. Edis and his team of pros worked far beyond my expectations. If you want top notch movers for a fair price then the Official moving company is the way to go!
Eddie and his crew are amazing! I actually met him last year when he moved my sister, and he even remembered me! They were on time, very careful with my belongs, extremely courteous, very professional, and exuded A+ customer service from start to finish. I highly recommend The Official Moving Company for all of your moving and packing needs.
I have used this company 2 times in 1yr. We had several moves: House to storage and Apartment. Storage, Apartment to new house. None of my furniture was damaged, walls and floors not scratched, bedrooms, office, dining, nook, exercise room, and living room furniture fully assemble correctly. If I ever need another move I will contact this company.
