This is the best storage ever! The ladies in the office are the sweetest people ever. They were so friendly and made things quick and simple. Recently went in the store looking to get some temporary storage for my office and had the joy of meeting Patricia! To say that she was helpful and super informative would be an understatement! She went above and beyond to answer questions (that I know MUST be listed on a website somewhere HAHA)! The world is truly a better place for the level of service provided by folks like her!nnLIFE STORAGE...you have some raises to issue out and Patricia had better be on that list!!!nnPlease make sure she sees this!

I've used this establishment half a dozen times over more than a decade even when it was Bulldog Storage. They use to offer a free one-time use of a moving truck; now a van? They use to prorate out the remaining balance for the remainder of the month; now.. nope. Had them remove a late payment as a longtime customer who made payments previously; now.. nope.nnI can say I would not use them again in the future. Also, several of their carts are in disrepair. I can recommend others to avoid them in the future too unless they change this downward trend in business practices.
