Jose is a true gem. A true craftsman at a great value. He did two chairs for me that were almost 30 years old and they look better than ever! He is a charming and wonderful man. Be patient, he is in high demand and the absolute best. He is worth the wait!

If you have great furniture and it needs new life through upholstery - look nowhere else! My wife and I luckily found Nikito's Upholstery by chance - we wanted to get our dining room chairs re-upholstered, we were out grabbing a cup of coffee and while we waited (in our cars, COVID-19 and all) for our order - I came across Nikito's Upholstery.nnJose answered the phone and the conversation couldn't be more cordial and you could tell he wanted to make sure our furniture warranted the investment. I sent Jose some pictures (as requested) and then scheduled to go to his shop and pick out materials.nnJose is a true professional and his passion is showing the customer, his love for their satisfaction through his work... The more Jose explained the intricacies to what he recommended he needed to do to our chairs, well - you could actually think he was trying to sell you something - that couldn't be farther from the truth! Again, Jose's passion (and I can say this with the utmost confidence) is ensuring you leave so satisfied with his work - (he even said jokingly) you don't bring the particular item he re-upholstered back...nnWell, I can proudly say not only were my wife and I satisfied with Jose's work - but we didn't think it would be as good as it was... We didn't underestimate Jose in any way, the dining room set had seen close to a decade of wear and tear (seat cushions most of all). I want to say my wife and I kept looking at the new seat cushions and couldn't believe the amazing work Jose did... When we went home and put our seat cushions back on the chairs - we each (my wife and I) sat on the chairs again and again at our amazement.nnTalk about bringing life back to our dining room table (which by the way; to add to why we're so surprised is going to become an outdoor dining room set). You will absolutely not be disappointed if you have any furniture you need re-upholstered or you want to bring back to life something (fabric or leather) you don't just simply want to throw away.nnWe are SO happy with Jose's work - my wife and I had been discussing having a reclining chair (again, when you buy something that's quality it lasts) re-upholstered. We are even happier and very anxious to see what magic Jose does with it...we have already ordered (with Jose's help as he shares his more than a decade and a half of experience) this gorgeous green leather and are merely waiting another week and a half to bring the chair in and hand it to Jose.nnBottom line, and I don't tend to go on and on about reviews, but in today's society - people are too quick to complain and not take enough time to praise. Nikitos Upholstery is awesome. Such a nice guy and always willing to help. Does excellent work and is very fair with his rates.

I wanted one boat seat fixed... owner told me he had too much work... and he had no help and I told him I could wait or bring it to him this winter... he just could not talk to me about any more work... or any pricing. Looking at his half empty shop I think he had one week of work... I think he has lost his mind and was on verge of emotional breakdown... very strange. I know he can do good work as i have used him in the past two times but he now has no business talking to customers... what a shame now I have to drive 30 minutes to far South Austin
