I have been using Dixie carpet for about 4 years in the Apartment industry. They are very well organized and always on time. My Accnt Rep Ben is always friendly and professional. They also do quality work every time. I highly recommend them!
Dixie carpet was invited to install our homes carpet. It is a high end home and they laid carpet right over old pad in places and did not assure that it was padded in all areas. We still find the poor workmanship of their crew and kick ourselves for ever letting them into our home. I guess they are good for apartments but we weren’t told that and feel like the sales person screwed us over. The general manager Beau Bastian never even came to look at the work and the owner essentially told us to pound dirt. Oh well, i guess all we can do now is voice our reviews and hope that nobody else gets the shaft.nnPs- their good reviews are from their work partners (apartment personnel who don’t know what good looks like) and workers.
I am in the apartment maintenance industry, so I have a lot of experience dealing with carpet and flooring vendors for cleaning, replacement, treatment, restoration etc. Dixie Carpet has won the best vendor award in my book. We replace between 3-10 carpets a week at the complex I am at now, and I have used dixie carpet for all of them. I have not had any problems so far. No padded invoices, no problems with punctuality, no install problems whatsoever. I have a lot of vendors I use to get our apartments ready from carpet cleaners, painters, vinyl flooring installers, cleaners, window and glass installers, etc and the one thing I am sure about is that the carpet is going to be installed when it is scheduled and there arent going to be any problems. This is kind of thing is something you do not find in this industry. Most vendors will have issues, and require a lot of double checking and supervision.nOur rep Ben is great. When I first started, there was a move in that the carpet replacement was not scheduled. I called him up at about 10am the day they were supposed to move in, and he was able to get the carpet replaced early that afternoon, before they moved in at 4pm. These guys saved us a lot of heartache on that move in. I will continue to use them here, and will use them at whatever complex I go to next.
I have worked with Dixie Carpet for quite some time and over all carpet companies, Dixie has been the best I have worked with. Their performance is great, their communication is excellent, and their installers does great work! We never need the installers to come back for any mistakes, plus they are always friendly.nOur sales representative, Chris Romeo, is super awesome. He responds very quickly to all emails/calls, and is on top of all our scheduling needs. He even recommends/suggests items that I even forget. We are very lucky to have such a great company. I will definitely recommend Dixie over any other carpet company out there.
