We were greeted immediately upon arrival. “Bow Tie Bob” helped us out. He was very considerate to allow us to browse on our own but available if we needed help. Once we decided on the pieces we wanted, he was very efficient in placing our order. We enjoyed getting to visit with Bob. He was a delight to work with and is very kind. .

The salesperson was professional, accommodating, and efficient. I was able to get $800 off the list price with the 20% off discount and because of my previous purchase. Good buy! The store has a good variety and it’s pleasant to shop around in its two story modern building in Austin.

Went in looking for an associate that helped me the previous day (Micah) however he was off work. Laura was very helpful with several of my questions and handled the transaction for Micah without a hitch & we were in/out in less than an hour. I only wish there was a way to compensate her in some way since I spent ~7K cash and she did so much. I absolutely appreciate the assistance. Thank you Laura.

Our Salesman Solomon was AMAZING! He allowed his clients to walk & roam without hounding them, unlike most Salesman.nMy BIGGEST disappointment was in the lady who check us out in Customer Service. No greeting coming or going. She actually said in a low voice if you have a chip place it in the machine and if not swipe it. Once completed she said you can take it now and we're done! JUST LIKE THAT. Nothing MORE or LESS, no smile no contact and walked away once our transaction was complete. Now the same one that contribute to her salary and the Store sales. If this is standard for your company, it's less than stellar and acceptable for any potential customer! This was our first time here since moving to the area a couple of days ago and may be our last if I have to deal with her! We looked at a $9000 sectional as well as other items we purchased an item and needed to color match the sofa to what we have at home and planned to return for Solomon to assist. However the Customer Service Clark will have me thinking of this return, if any. Five STARS for SOLOMON!!!

We were looking for bedroom furniture at Star. Our sales rep was a very pleasant young man named Solomon. He did not hard-pressure us and let us look as long as we needed, checking in to see if we had any questions. We found a perfect dresser, mirror, nightstand and bed frame that would fit our guest room. Plus it was on sale!nThere were also a couple of young men moving furniture and setting up displays that were also very friendly and polite.
