We dropped by, 17 minutes before they were set to close, Sunday evening to run in and try a certain mattress brand and leave, really quick. We'd never stay late to keep them passed closingnAll lights were off and doors were closed. I wouldn't attempt going last minute and I likely won't attempt again. ud83dude15

When we arrived yesterday at 7:20pm, 40 minutes before closing and with plenty of time to buy the mattress we needed, the store was closed. Lights were still on, OPEN sign still lit, but a lock was on the door and there were no cars in the lot. We were so disappointed. Even the signage on the door clearly stated that the closing time is 8pm. Mattress Firm in the same shopping center got our business instead.

Don't expect anything from this company. Not communication, not support, customer service and most importantly don't expect your product to be delivered. I ordered two beds on labor day with the delivery set for the following Wednesday. They didn't show up and there was no call. The delivery time was from 10am to 8 pm.okay one day lost. We called (20 different stores) because no one answers their phone, and they said that they didn't have our beds in stock. We reschedule d to have them delivered the following Wednesday... Again no show. Finally we got ahold of someone from corporate and they gave us $100 off... A week later the beds still aren't here and the discount still didn't hit the account.... At that point a full refund was requested, because they said one of the beds was not in stock and it couldn't be delivered until Friday but even that wasn't a guarantee so most likely the 1st.... Are you serious?! Is this even a company at all? Do they have products in stock? This company is a joke. Don't even waste your time with them.
