**masks required**nWent in with my mom to get added on to her line. The whole process from when we entered the store to when we left took about 3 hours. When we first got there, a couple of associates looked at us and one said it'd be just a few minutes for us to get help. It was fine, until we were waiting a while. It took another costumer coming in for them to finally get us checked in.nA woman who was helping another couple asked for a name to sign us in and walked to a back room area. We didn't see her again for a while.nEventually, Cody, the associate who assisted us with the whole process said he could help. About 40 minutes into everything another associate called my mom's name and asked if we were being helped. We nodded but then it dawned on me that if Cody hadn't come to help us we would have probably been waiting another 40 minutes.nA lot of the time spent there was just waiting. I've been to this location prior and they did have a kiosk where you could sign in but it wasn't there during this visit. This maybe to prevent the spread of Covid-19.nAll in all the biggest downside was the waiting.nHuge thank you to Cody though, he was extremely helpful and humorous so it lightened the mood!

Amazing people very friendly they know what they are doing, switching from ATT to Tmobile was the best thing I’ve done this year, thank you for your help

this doesnt even deserve one star it deserves 0 they messed up when setting up my familys phone lines and didnt even offer to help they didnt know what they were doing at all and it was really frustrating

hate to leave a bad review but i asked two employees to help me find the iphone 12 mini cases and they kept pointing to the wall they were supposed to be on even though i told them they were out and it was just 12 pro cases. waste of time.
