I spoke with someone on the Brady cakz Facebook page they said they could make 5he cake and to order it through the website so I did. I never got a confirmation of the order and four days went by with not knowing. I finally got a text from someone at Brady cakz saying they emailed me a invoice, this being the day before I need the cake.I got the text at 7:30 a.m. and replied right away because they said I needed to set up a pick up time. So I also asked could I pay for it when I pick it up. Again crickets no response until 7:46 p.m. the same day telling me no I have to pay in advance and since it was after 5 they weren't making it. VERY VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. LACK OF COMMUNICATION. STAY AWAY FROM THEM IF YOUR NEEDING A CAKE IN A TIMELY MANNER. VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER WHO ONLY NEEDED A SMALL BIRTHDAY CAKE.
