Do yourself a favor and drive one more block north to Andy's by In and Out burgers. This baskin -robbins was the worst location I have ever visited. Empty and old ice cream with stale cones. Mouthy kids running the place. Very unprofessional. A local officer sent us to Andy's saying it was much better and he was right!!! I will never go back to that location and will try to help others to not waste their money by going there either. Maggie moos and Andy's had lines on a Saturday night. I should have known better when the place had zero customers. The staff was extremely rude and the ice cream is better off of a truck.
Brought my daughter in and wanted the carmel truffle and saw a hair. I told the worker and the got a scooper to scoop it out and left the tub there. That is very unsanitary that she left it there to sell to someone else.
Great staff! Answered all my questions very patiently. Also, very clean!!
The kids who work here are always friendly and helpful, Cassie also handled my large order graciously last night.
Friendly staff, knew the flavors, worked fast but not sloppy. Cones were good, ice cream was as good as it always is. Good time.
