**update**The company did come out and remove the grout that was cracking and replaced it with caulk. They were also willing to install a new floor and discount it about 30% which was a very nice gesture. I decided to not proceed with a new floor and they then offered to refund me some money due to the damage. In the end I can say that I am overall happy with the project and that once we got a few wrinkles ironed out things turned out nice. I do appreciate the good communication they demonstrated throughout the process.nn**update** The backsplash installers used grout along the tile to counter joint. I didn't notice grout was used vs caulk until multiple cracks began to appear.nnPrice was competitive.nHowever, the backsplash installers did damage my floor when they moved the stove back against the wall.

I have been working with Floor N More for over 5 years now and would highly recommend them. The owner as well as the staff are extremely helpful and can show you plenty options for the project you are looking to complete. I have used them for multiple flip rehabs as well as trusting them to complete both of my personal houses. We recently did a remodel of our home and were very satisfied with the work done. We had new carpet and wood flooring installed throughout the house and the work was done quickly and looks fantastic. We also had 2 bathrooms remodeled and couldn't be happier with the work.nnFrom explaining the process to helping pick the materials, these guys were awesome. We had everything completed within about 3 weeks time, which was really surprising with the amount of work we had done. If you need new flooring, or are doing a bathroom remodel, I highly recommend these guys. Great work and very affordable compared to other quotes we received. Call Adam. You won't be disappointed.

Thanks to Patrick and Alfredo from Floor N More... We tiled a kitchen and breakfast area, with adjoining hall, laundry room, guest bathroom, etc. Approximately 350 sf. The overall experience as excellent.nPatrick was very informative and honest in discussion our tile flooring options, the advantages of different materials, and installation considerations. I was impressed with their material prices, and their installation charges. Very competitive. We will use them again for other properties.nAlfredo installed the tile, and I cannot say enough about his workmanship, attention to details, cleanup, desire to do a good job, and his attitude. Very professional in every aspect. It was a pleasure having him in our home.nThanks again...
