Very professional sales people. Got me a Vanity and I love it. I Got zero down payment and Free delivery as well. Best customer service ever!!!!!!
Let me just preface this by saying Salvador is the most unprofessional person that I have ever experienced, and I wish I would've read the reviews before I came. I came there looking for a mattress, box spring, and a vanity, and mentioned that I needed it urgently. He quoted me on a price, I paid him in cash because he said that was the only option - he assured me that my items would be delivered the next day. Only my mattress and vanity was delivered. I called him to let him know of this error and he told me that I would have to pay an additional $40 for the box spring that HE forgot, but he assured me it would be delivered that same day - which it was not. After that I called him probably over 50 TIMES to get a hold of him, got no response until I finally got a hold of someone 2 DAYS LATER - a woman at the store who was able to have the box spring delivered.nnSalvador just lacks basic professionalism, and would have scammed me had I not got a hold of another person in the store. The items are decent quality, but not worth the question of whether or not you will get the items you paid for. Most of the reviews on here are bad but Salvador is writing the reviews to give the store a better look but please do not shop here.
They care about their customers had a bad experience with one of the employees & a bed but owner took care of me !
