They are always great! I have bought a lot from them and they have always made sure I was happy! Got a new washer and dryer today and Frank brought it. Very nice and friendly! I will recommend to everyone!

Im so glad lady was rude and acted like it was a bother to have customers in store I ended up going back to conns and getting a much better deal for half the price and much better customer service, never will I ever consider rent a center for anything again (FYI train your sales staff better before you go out of business)

CHRIS, SAL, JASON, MARGARET ARE 100% AMAZING.nChris does an outstanding job with Customer service and makes sure your satisfied with the product.nnSal has an amazing sense of humor and makes sure there is clarity on the contract, He is professional.nnJason, Well.... Hes a Hard Worker, He moves the furniture and is a sweat factory. But he gets the job done in a timely professional Manner. He is very charismatic.nnMargaret, She has been a very good asset to this Location since the other one closed. She's firm and understanding on deadlines of payments. She stands her ground and makes sure the customer is taken care of. Margaret is a new face and a great Person to the team. She gets business done in a professional way, without aggression and drama, unlike some Rent A Center stores.nnI Highly reccomend this Location, because they are Loyal to you as the customer and have the best coverage and they cover phones, tvs, and other electronics with their insurance program.. other locations don't do the break it, fix it program.nnThis Location needs a bigger store, with More choices and more help with Furniture arriving in a flash! I have been doing buisness with RAC for two years! Ive bought many things and i will continue going back, as long as i need things :)nnThank you for your integrety and courtesy. You guys are #1 :)
