What a joke. They told us it would be 10 minutes and went back. They said another 10 minutes so we decided to go to lunch. Came back 2 hours later and they told us 10 minutes again! So we wait 10 minutes and go back. Again 10 minutes! I've been wait for my prescriptions for 3 hours so far and have been consistantly lied to and we still don't have them. Avoid getting prescriptions filled here if you don't feel like wasting half a day.
WILL NOT BE USING THIS PHARMACY AGAIN! no wonder it already has bad reviews, I waited during they're lunch break, as soon as it hit 2, I saw Kim sitting in his chair doing nothing, this proceeded for 10 minutes as people waited outside holding thier babies, items etc. then I got sent over to put in my insurance and instantly the lady picks up the phone making me wait another 15 mins. it took a total of a half an hour to get one prescription, not to mention the waiting before they opened. there is no haste, its inconvenient, the people hassle you the entire time about your phone number, and the people working here could care less about anything or anyone.

I literally would give this 0 stars if I could. The customer service is awful. We went in to get a prescription that had been called in 2 HOURS before we got there only to find out it would take them a half hour to fill it. I get it, sometimes we have to be patient. Then we went up to the counter to pick up the prescription after 45 MINUTES only to be told they couldn’t fill it because they were out of the prescription... What the hell? Why couldn’t you have told me that 45 minutes ago? I will not being doing business with them ever again.
Bad service. Went in to get my child’s prescription, was told it would cost quite a bit. I asked if they had my insurance information, they said yes and even told me the price before the insurance. So I paid.
When I went in to refill the prescription I was told they don’t have my insurance information. So I over paid the last time.
It took almost two weeks and a few phone calls to be refunded the difference.
I’m not going back.
