Called to find out about getting a passport photo. For some reason, Walgreens thinks you want to hear an advertisement for flu shots that goes on and on (literally 60 seconds) before proceeding to the phone menu. Maybe not a big deal in the grand scheme of life, but needlessly irritating. Hey Walgreens, how about giving the phone menu first and then playing the ad while we're waiting for someone to pick up?nnThen, after being on hold for a while (with useless elevator music instead of scintillating ads for flu shots), the call was simply disconnected. Nice touch.
Most of the time great customer service. A few times my husband and I had an unpleasant encounter with a female who works there with a Skrillex hair style.
