Was here just the other day for the first time with my friend and two kids! They made us put masks on which wasn't a big deal at all and never should be if asked..even if the mask mandate is over. But it's like because we didn't have one they were rude to us, we ordered 2 small lucky charms shakes for the kids but said they didn't have enough so I got a small cotton candy one, and when I paid I didn't get a small cotton candy shake, I got a giant lucky charms one and no extra cup or extra straw for the kids so I just made the kids share it. The workers were all pretty confused but they all seemed like high school kids so I just tipped a dollar because even if someone is rude, I am not. Won't be coming back anyways though since we all got food poisoning from it. I wanted to like this place so bad! Keep trying cold stone! You'll get there one day!

The ice cream is so good. Much more affordable here than Boston.
I am a braums person through and through,but this place has really good ice cream. I love the French vanilla and my sister really loves their cheesecake ice cream. Highly recommend this ice cream shop!
