all the bad reviews are true and Hector works for the company, in fact he is management. He's just trying to pad the reviews. don't work for these folks office staff from the top down lie and gossip like little high school girls with Clara in accounting/HR acting as the ring leader she creates very hostile environment. so funny i was told I would have free run on the brokerage and was yelled at when I under preformed. Had I actually had full control it would have been profitable right away. I know this because I now have my own brokerage since 10/1/2018 and will hit 5 million in sales in my first year with 2 offices and a team of 6 people it feels good
Terrible employer! Wilmac agrees to pay owner ops 75% and Company drivers 30%, but they lie about how much loads paid them so they can keep extra money from you.nnNot to mention a very UNprofessional staffnnIf you want to be lied to about how much a load is supposed to pay you, this is the place for you!! Please apply, they're always hiring & needing drivers, because drivers are always leaving!
