If you are even thinking about buying from this furniture store don't! The worst mistake I have ever made. I ordered a bed Andrew is the manager and he just lies told me my bed would be there in the next few days it has been a month of calling and calling I am paying for it already but no bed or date of when it will come in. I have been waiting a month already and when I spoke to Linda and Paul head manager worst customer service ever I don't recommend it. I deeply regret doing business with them. Not to mention they tried to give me a wet matters that smelled terrible.

Can't express the disappointment and lack of quality customer service this company has. Jamie is by far the worst employee. Rude, when you call to get an update on an order you placed 2 months before. Lies saying that that your stuff is there at the facility. We finally got the call today 11/19/20, that the last piece of our order was finally in. When I went to get it after work they were locking up as I was getting out of my car, at 5:45. We initially ordered our furniture at the end of July. We were told to expect 2-6 week wait for our furniture. We continued to get delays, waiting over 2 months to receive partial deliveries. Having to pick up most of our stuff ourselves even though we paid $70 for delivery with out set up.nWould not recommend if you expect to get any furniture or quality service.

Well , where to start? Sales associate are as helpful as owner/manager allows... . 6 months to get popular items . Understandable.... but spend 11 grand in household furniture and pay for 3 year warranty only to have bed frames in my garage as they do not wish to serve customers in Hope's customer may bring business back .... they claim to repair or replace but they just drag out the phone tag and owner never is present so best advice is to not deal with this business!

I love this store, Andrew is so knowledgeable and understanding. I came in and gave him a general idea of what I was looking for. Andrew listened to my needs and quickly presented me with a couple of options and helped me choose the perfect couch and loveseat! For a great deal and even greater service I highly recommend Furniture Outlet in Kingsville!

Sebastian and associates were very helpful, but not pushy. They had a lot of good deals going on too. They had some great rustic bedroom furniture pieces, but we decided to go a different route. We will definitely be back the next time we are in the market for some furniture.
