Do not come to this store, the employees and manager do not know how to treat their customers. I recommend that you go to the one in front of Walmart, they are more professional and corporate.
Wow T Mobile did it again on there T Mobile Tuesdays went here in town to redeem our coupons for BK free whoppers. Nope! ud83dude21ud83dude21 they can not take over four didget codes!! So once again invalid codes! Why bother with free Tuesdays. Lower our Bill's. You never get free anything!!!
The guy in t-mobile Kingsville on March 30th night shift - Tuesday, he is not even considering the customers waiting in the line. I had been waiting for almost 40 min for just a screen guard change. I know that he has a customer before me and he needs to address them first but he should atleast have the minimum sense to ask us to wait and that it may take more time. He seems to act like he never saw us. He has been chit chatting with other customer there, I could hear it. It was because of that I felt he doesn’t even care. He had no courtesy to tell us that it may take some time. Is this how your employers treat customers? It would be really great if I can get the Kingsville manager’s mail I’d. I would suggest the higher officials to take care of this matter seriously. This is nothing funny!!! ud83dude21

Very worst hospitality at the store just went to get screen protector for my mobile but I had to wait 40 mins just for screen protector they didn't even tray us like humans didn't even attend us splly on 30 march 2020nnVery worst hospitality don't even think of attending the store at kingsville
