Friendly people, decent selection of preowned games and very knowledgeable. Helped me pick out games that I would enjoy after not playing for years and happy to take returns (on preowned) until I found something I really loved.

Wasn't horribly impressed Gamestop has turned into a glorified call center. They had no controllers and I understand they are popular but come on. And I was directed to place an online order in store. I just couldn't do it unfortunately this will be my last go at Gamestop due to the lack of actual in store product my advice is lose the store front and just go online. I need an actual store front with actual items to purchase. On a high note I bought the Call of duty Cold War through Xbox online and was very impressed of how far I didn't have to move. I don't however like using my credit card through their online but one step at a time.

Really nice quaint little place. With really nice pleasant knowledgeable young people working there. I'll certainly be returning.

Preordered watch dogs legion hard copy. Dude messed up and gave me digital. Was SUPER UNCLEAR on preorders for series x. The launch was a disaster for me and other ppl. Non organized. The ppl that already preordered the series x/s had to wait in a long line of ppl waiting to preorder. We should of been priority over the ppl waiting to preorder. Thats just how it has always been at gamestops. 2 lines one for preorders and another for ppl who want to preorder. Their was initially 2 ppl in the store. 1 was on the phone answering redundant questions for about an hour. 1 guy was was serving the customers. The ppl who wanted to preorder were confused and flustered on how to preorder considering the mandatory bundle deal. So that consumed alot of time with customers walking around trying to figure out their situation. Meanwhile the ppl who already payed had to stand outside in a line in the cold. The whole experience was maddening. I remember one couple was told they could get a series x and they just about sold the couple the last series x until they realized the customer that was in front of her basically already own that console. So the couple left with nothing and were massively dissatisfied. They guy who was in front of the couple felt bad and apologized. But overall was put in a awkward position that could've been avoided. That couple was in line for more than a hour.nNeed new staff. Fire the current employees. They suck.
