I would give 0 stars if I could. I went to this T-Mobile 2 years ago. I was under a prepaid plan and I just went in to set up auto pay. Simple, right? The guy there asked for my social and said it was just to verify my identity, not to put me on a post paid plan, so I went ahead and gave it to him and he set up my “pre-paid” account.nnSo fast forward to yesterday, I went into the Totem Lake location. A guy named Edgar helped me out. Edgar was extremely helpful and showed me that I was actually on a postpaid plan. Edgar also told me I was overpaying by about $15-20 for over 2 years. So don’t go to this location, go to totem lake. I cannot believe how the guy there lied to me, just for a few bucks of commission.
Thomas is an amazing employee who helped guide me 2 different days thru a phone exchange. There was some complications with an in store vs online transfer, and he patiently got me thru the issues with such professionalism. He was very informative and made sure that I had all the info needed while he spent the time being on customer care for hrs in the store. Thank you. You are a great employee and kind human being.
Pretty good store, but they will try to sell you everything in the store. A lot of pressure to buy something or add a line. Good deals though!
Very satisfied with my experience there they will be able to help with some issues related to their own service that another Branch was not.
Dont get your phones here, their knowledge of their products is awful and if you honestly dont have a choice or want to make the drive to other locations DO NOT let them attach the screen protector. They are all seriously terrible at it. Their service is awful as well and are only interested in you if you show interest in their other products. They dont approach you when you walk in the store, and are uninterested in providing service.
