I have had terrible service in the photo department. Twice (more than a year apart) I have ordered books. They have distinct horizontal lines across the pictures. I've been told that's just the printer and there is no way to fix the printer. Also, the binding on both was so loose that pages were falling out. Again, I was told it was a machine and there is no way to fix it. I was told to go to another walgreens and apparently, they don't have these problems. Today, I went to pick up 2 copies of the same book. One had several blank pages. The manager told me that I submitted it that way. When I pointed out that the duplicate had those pages printed, he said I must have submitted 2 different books. Last time, it took 5 separate trips before this was fixed by finally shipping to the store (so the store still didn't fix the issue). Within that time I was told that the store has no way to resubmit and order because of their own error, that the kiosk needed updated and so I had no way to access the order from the store, and that most people are ok with books that fall to pieces (one that was given to me was just loose papers, no binding at all) and that lines are always visible from every printer.
They try to help in what ever you need in the photo lab, they have great employees, good customer service
