If this wasn’t installed previously in my house I would have went elsewhere, but sometimes that’s just what you get when trying to save money. Multiple time I have had default equipment, every time it is on you to fix this junk. This isn’t a true alarm company this is a middle man for you and the police. The absolute worst part is the customer service, I would rather suffer from IBS than have to listen to randy go on one of his spiels or answering questions with other question tactics. Nothing is ever there fault as a business. I do not hardly ever leave reviews but I did not want anyone else to experience this if they have an option. Pay the extra go with adt and avoid this sham.
