I went to this location a couple of weeks ago, & I was highly satisfied with the service there. It was a very friendly, fun, & professional experience that I had. Maria is amazing, & was a lot of help. She took care of my needs, & had me out the door in no time. Andrea also helped me as well. She was very informative, & polite. I would recommend this location.

I want everyone to know that Dee and Maria at the T-Mobile retail store in Cleburne at W. Henderson are unbelievably amazing. There were relentless in their dedication to fixing a major issue on my account and ultimately ensuring that the customer was satisfied. I am very grateful for everything they did. You all are awesome!!!!

If only there were negative stars. Rude, uninformative, confrontational, accusatory, unwilling to help, quick to turn the problem over to anyone else, seriously lacking in every aspect regarding customer service. I am going to speak to the manager today but the employee told me it's no use, she won't help me either! I guess we'll find out
