Erin was our furniture expert that helped me. She was very good at explaining what purchasing a couch from Ivan Smith required and different ways to finance. She did a good job in communicating when we could purchase with the sale, protection plan, and how to help when we were ready to pick up once purchased and delivered. Exceptional to me.

We were in a pinch and need a lift chair for our Mother who was injured in an accident. We needed it really quick. Found the chair within 5 minutes of walking into the store. Was exactly what we needed, the price was great so we ordered two. The salesman was knowledgeable and understanding. Ordered the chairs on Saturday and Received it on Wednesday. Great service!
We wanted a high-leg recliner to replace one we had for years. The web site showed one that was not in our local Ivan Smith store. The helpful store personnel ordered one from the warehouse in Shreveport so we could try it out. It was exactly what we wanted and was on sale to boot! We are delighted with the purchase.
Very prompt and respectful service. Customer service at the store in Greenville was polite, but they need to be a little more people friendly. Talk to us, BS with us when we are trying to hold a conversation. All things are not that serious and you need to relax. Relaxed people keep us relaxed with your services. Delivery guys were GREAT and had a great sense of humor.
