We have been Tmobile customers since 2004. So glad to have this location! Convenient and close to home - plus every time we go in with a need the staff are wonderful! They are patient, answer all of our questions, and are VERY knowledgeable in all aspects from phones, plans, accessories, etc.
They act like they dont know anything. They wont offer plans on the site so i went to dallas and they got it for me
Walked in there just to get a new SIM card to replace my faulty one, stood in there for 20 minutes and was never even acknowledged. Had to walk out
Useless data service. It can work totally normal for 5 minutes and then completely cut out for the next 5. It doesn't matter how much you've used, or when it resets, nothing. It just stops working whenever it feels like. Want to access your online bank? Roll the dice, maybe it will work, maybe it won't.
Not very helpful at all. Guy really didn't care to make a sell or not
