I came in with a ton of boxes that I needed to tape the printing label on. I did a few myself but the manager and his team took over and didn’t complain . Very Helpful and wanted to make it easier for me as a loyal customer. I think it’s a beautiful thing that even though we are wearing masks , you still see the kindness and smile through people’s actions ! Good job and thank you again!!
I went in on Vets Day, & received excellent customer service from China! She's sooooo down to earth, & helpful! She really cares that the customers are taken care of, & that's really needed in these times we're living in now. She helped all the folks in line, & she did it with a smile on her face! I've became a Staples customer, due to the excellent experience that I received from China! God bless!!
I am very impressed with the employees here. I've been searching for a computer for a couple of weeks and have visited many stores. This is the first store that employees actually explained things thoroughly. I'm not tech savvy so I needed some help. The employee Hunter took his time to listen to what I needed and explain my options. I cannot tell you how happy I was to be treated so nicely and professionally. Thank you Hunter and all the staff there. Taking a few moments to help someone really makes a difference.
Drove all the way from Dallas to pick up a desk. The staff was so helpful, every time I called they knew who I was. And they brought the desk right out to me.
