They always get me right been a loyal customer for over 15 years
I took my girlfriend to pay her phone bill,we got there at 6:54p.m. the sign shows 7 p.m..the door was locked and when the worker seen my girl go to the door she ran out the back.

Buyer beware. I came in to get two phones on one plan. The plan was 80 a month and the phones were free. I left the store paying over 130 usd. The sales clerk, Pam, (That's the name that was on the receipt as neither employee was wearing a name tag) tried to explain to me that I was being charged 20 in tax on the free phones. I immediately knew this was a lie bc my receipt said I was being charged zero in tax. I ended up contacting metro directly after i left and was told the girls in store had added several extra services that they make commission on then removed them as soon as I left the store. Metro pcs customer care got me to a supervisor and I filed a complaint against this store for fraudulent activity. They gave me a bill credit but I would suggest going to ANY other location to do business. They have been running this scam for a while apparently.
