Walmart Pharmacy

Pharmacist and the staff are very helpful. They are the only place that had been able to consistently fill a prescription I previously had a hard time finding a pharmacy that stocks it. Not to mention the price I paid for a couple of months when I was in between insurance after a job change was far less expensive than anywhere else that would have filled it. Express pickup has made the wait less than 5 minutes for me to get my prescription.

Excellent service

I'm 100% done with this place. I put in a refill request and verified that it showed up on the app. Since my doc had to be contacted to fill it, I didn't think it was a big deal that I didn't hear from them the next day. However, when I checked the app again to see the status, my refill request had disappeared. By that time, it was too late to call my doc to get them to send it in, so I went up to the pharmacy to check what had happened the next day. The pharmacist said it wasn't even in the system, so she'd put it in there and get it ordered for me Monday (this was a Saturday). I called my doc Monday, and they hadn't heard anything. After going back and forth, I finally got the script filled the next day after my doc office told me they didn't get the refill request till 4:30pm Monday!nnJump forward to now cause I was hoping it was a fluke. I put in a refill request again, and it didn't show up. Put it in again, and still didn't, so I waited till the next day to see if it would. Nothing. Put it in on the website and it finally showed up, so I felt confident (I got confirmation emails for all 3 requests). Checked it the next day and it disappeared yet again! I've been ordering scripts through the app for 6 months before moving and changing to this pharmacy. I never once had this issue. I'm so fed up with this place and am transferring to a new pharmacy. Use this one at your own risk!

The people at the pharmacy pick up desk are so rude. I was in line for more than 20 mins while one of the girls was helping one customer, and when I asked for a back up person to help the line, she was so so rude to me, and when one of them eventually came to the front , she behaved like I pushed her to work, frowned at me and talked to me angrily. But befote that I had seen when they had people in line whom they knew, they behaved completely different, and had caring behaviour to them, and said sorry you were waiting and so. There are a lot of discriminations and unprofesionalism there. So sorry!

Slow and they are definitely NOT on top of things. My prescription was called in 2 hours in advance by my surgeon and they hadn't even checked the voicemail to start pulling the prescription until I arrived. HORRIBLE SERVICE! They REALLY do not have their stuff together. The prescription was called in 2 hours early so that it would be ready after my surgery. I rarely give 1 star reviews, but not checking your voicemail for 2 hours at a pharmacy where people go to feel better and get things they need to live is completely unacceptable.
