This is the most Horrible pretzel from Auntie Annie's location i got for my kids pretzel bites and it was hard, burned, and difficult to chew. It does not compare to firewheel location peruvians ladies always making fresh pretzel!
awful customer service. the two people working were on their phones and barely interacted with me. they had no pretzels made so I had to wait for them to make my order and they even got it wrong.
I went in and bought on pretzel with pepperoni and cheese and one plain one. Normally they are really good. These were so hard you couldn't even bite through them. They were horrible!
Tried several maps and just ran us around and when you call go to voicemail! So disappointed!!
It's great pretzels. This location is very consistent with the brand. The staff is friendly and from the outside looks clean.
