I sent my pioneer sx5590 to Lion Audio May 9 2019 for a tune up and check... From then till now August 26 2020 I'm now trying to get ahold of this guy to see my stereo gets back to Wisconsin... I looked online at the reviews and over the years of complaints of him playing the good old texas guy to get your $$$ equipment in his hands and steal it by never contacting you again at all... I've tryed for the last 6 months to come up with a plan or a bill or anything to get it back home... Hes on ebay selling where I bought the repair service from.... So I bought a capacitor kit for 139.95 and a tune up/adjustment and repair for 274.95 on his ebay page and payed 138.38 for shipping to send MY receiver to him for repairs over a year ago... UPDATE: I threatened to file a complaint with ebay and just like that communication was reestablished...10/10/20 Receiver has arrived working like new sounds clean and strong after paying $590 more for remaining balance on the services and shipping... Not a problem to even up on what's owed... Happy to see this was resolved in a positive manner! PROS: Good repair service. CONS: Communication could be better and took a year and a half to get back home... I was said that mine wasnt a typical repair and had 6 different issues after all done and said... I'm happy just wish this would've been a smoother transaction... Hope this helps

Don't buy into this guy's 'good old boy' Texas BS'. He is a crook. He owes me an overcharge of 370 bucks that I have been trying to collect for six months and the 'repair' he did to my Phase Linear did not 'take'...after he had it for five months! I had to send it to another repair facility. You have been warned.

Business is a fraud. Do NOT send in your vintage equipment, you will never see it again! Sent unit 18 months ago when the business was called Circle Stereo.
