Our cake turned our wonderful! Not only did it look beautiful but it tasted great.

My wife and I were married in June 2012. We got our wedding cake and my grooms cake from Classic Cakes by Lori. People that attended our wedding still talk about how good the cake was.

I can't say enough great things about Classic Cakes by Lori! Lori and her husband Jeremy are a dynamic duo. We first met Jeremy at our cake tasting, and were blown away by Jeremy's knowledge and experience about wedding cakes. He took us through all of our sample cakes and asked all the necessary questions about what kind of cakes we wanted on wedding day. About 2 weeks before the wedding, Lori called me to verify all the information about our cakes. Lori, like her husband, is extremely knowledgable and incredibly experienced in this field. I'm so glad I trusted them with our cakes because they turned out better than I could have ever imagined! My husband wanted a YETI cooler grooms cake and people couldn't even tell it was a cake because it looked so real!!! The cakes looked beautiful, were moist, and great quality for the price. Lori and her team KNOW what they're doing, and I'm so glad we were able to do business with them.

Cakes by Lori is Awesome!!!!! We were able to get 3 cakes for the price of one sculpted cake at other shops I looked at. From start to finish working with the team was refreshing and pleasant. They work very hard to make your vision come to life. The flavors were amazing. So tasty. There lemon cake with lemon custard is the best taking combination I have ever had. We had a armadillo for the grooms cake and he was the cutest cake I have ever seen. The face was done so well. He was a big hit at the wedding. We also had a small 2 tear multi-colors cake and a day of the dead sugar skull. The cake table was awesome. I cant wait to get our one year anniversary cake! Thank you for all your hard work.

Classic Cakes by Lori was an absolute pleasure to work with! I found them at the Austin Bridal Extravaganza Show. After sampling their mini cupcakes and seeing how reasonable their prices were, I was sold and decided I needed them for my wedding. Unfortunately, they were not only booked on my wedding date but overbooked by like 10 other weddings! They were definitely the popular ones that day, but since it was just mini cupcakes I was asking for (and not a whole cake), they were so nice and willing to still make them for me as long as I could find someone to pick them up from their shop and bring it to our venue on our wedding day. Deal and deal. It was so generous and flexible of them! Also I don’t even like cake or cupcakes all that much, but I can honestly say that all the sample cupcakes I tried from their shop were all so super tasty! The one that really stood out to us was the almond cake w/ fresh strawberries on top and Bavarian cream filling inside. Lori was also so sweet every time I communicated with her, and a few weeks before my wedding she even called me to go over the final details to make sure we had everything in place. The cupcakes came out absolutely beautifully on our handmade wooden cupcake stand my husband’s father made for us. It actually turned out way more gorgeous than I had expected! I would highly recommend them for wedding dessert, especially if you just want something simple like mini cupcakes (plus you don’t have to pay for a cake cutting fee!). Also guests loved the fact that they were easy to handle and just the perfect amount for dessert! Thank you so much for working with us and for your delicious cupcakes!
