Scrivanich Natural Stone

Scrivanich installed granite countertops throughout our home on Orcas Island about 8 years ago. We were having problems with our kitchen sinks leaking and rattling/vibrating when the garbage disposal was used. I contacted them and they said to redo the caulking around the sink. Just last week, one of the kitchen sinks completely fell down and was no longer connected to the counter. I called and left a message-no return call in over a week. I originally bought from this company because I was told that they guarantee their sink installs. I would NEVER do business with them again-terrible customer service and they don't back their work!!!!

Our counters turned out great! Unfortunately a few months after they were installed, one of my kids made a little chip in the quartz. Scrivanich sent someone out quickly and they perfectly filled the chip.

Beautful stone, friendly people, great selection. The cowboy coffee flagstone really helped finish my backyard!

This company damaged our mirror putting in the backsplash, which was first too short and then to high, and refuses to take responsibility for the crack. The crack became visible at the bottom of the mirror where it was in contact with the backsplash about a month after the backsplash was installed and coincided with the ambient temperature dropping. When the ambient temperature rose the crack grew even larger. The mirror has been in place without damage or defect for 26 years. How could this have happened if it was not through backsplash installation? Also, on their 2nd attempt to install the backsplash, the installers had to file down the height of backsplash on site, so when they tried to put in the too high backsplash it likely contacted the mirror. Very disappointing that Scrivanich is putting the cost of mirror replacement on a long time client. I had to file a complaint suit on the owner of Scrivanich Natural Stone, Larry Scrivanich and his bond.

These guys did a massively oversized island for me. They go the extra mile and also followed up and ended up hiring them for a few more jobs. Their equipment is amazing, scheduling is long but accurate, and Sam provided excellent customer service.
