Having to deal with the worst experience of my life was not easy but John and his team at Acacia went out of their way to help make the process more straightforward. With family coming in from out of town, and some personal conflicts, we definitely kept them busy but John continually went out of his way to help us out, and to make sure the timings of everything went as planned. Very professional, courteous, and extremely personal staff. I am extremely pleased with the way things were handled and how we were treated at Acacia. Our coordinators Colten and Nancy, were extremely helpful and detailed. Both were extremely patient, sensitive, understanding, and accommodating of our cultural traditions during this challenging pandemic time.
