My experience he was amazing. Kevin helped me out and he was extremely patient in helping me out with my situation. I never felt rushed and he didn’t push to sell me an over expensive plan. If your look for great in store costumer service Kevin is the guy to ask.
I was there 2 days ago stressed due to having to unexpectedly buy a new phone since mine had completely broken. KT, was great at finding me the best deal on my budget. Great customer service over all and I'm happy with my new phone. ud83dude00
We came into the store and KT came too assist us ! He was absolutely GREAT!! I was in a bind with my bill he gave me multiple options on how to make my account easier on me . He was social and very funny . I know when I come back too this store to recommend KT because he made being in store 1000 times better than calling on the phone !!!!
KT was great! We walked in and out within 30 mins with his quick and fast service. He was friendly and knowledgeable in all aspects and helped us out quickly and efficiently. I will only go to him for all my phone needs.
