Friendly customer service and quality specialty passport photos!nBay Area Imaging is one of the locations in Houston that the Australian Consulate recommends for passport photos.nThere are very specific requirements (size of photo, size of your head in the photo, lighting, print quality etc).nThey did a flawless job! I had my passport appt today and the consulate lady there was impressed and wanted to know where I’d gone!nPlus they were super nice. I made an appt, went in for the quick shoot, then came back after finishing my Costco shopping to pick them up - easy as!!

I dropped my mother's portrait off to be printed the day before. Abel said the photo would be ready this Friday 5/12/17. I called Abel at 1:30 pm Friday afternoon, Abel advised me the job hadn't been started, but should be finished at close of business day today. I noticed I hadn't receive a call, I called at 5 pm and a gentlemen answered I inquired about my portrait and He said it wouldn't be done till Monday afternoon. I explained to him the picture can't be there for the weekend because I'm getting a frame made to present to my mother for mother's days. He said sorry we are having problems with our scanner. I explained if you all knew that, you could have gave me a courtesy call to allow me to know what was going on so I could have opted to do something different our even taking the photo somewhere else. Then the guy proceeds to say do you want to cancel the order all together. YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME. To drive on 45 freeway at 5 pm to pic up my freaking photo. SMH this is the worst customer service ever, a simple call, when something comes up.nnI normally don't comment on here but, I drive trucks for a living and I don't get to see my mom often but when I do I thought her favorite portait would have been a great gift to present at a dinner party for my mom, because I would not be over the road this mother's day. For a simple scan and print they really missed the mark.nnI will not be using there service again.nnBe advised if something malfunctioned You will not be contacted!
