Purchased freezer and told earliest delivery date would be Saturday. I then received email to reconfirmed delivery on Saturday so responded and received email of confirmation. Waited all day for delivery no show. Received another email saying to confirm delivery for Monday so confirmed because I need my freezer.. So guess what I'm be waiting around not 1 day but 2. If I would have know I had to wait this long could have bought from Lowes and got my 10% veteran discount.

I bought the Gabrielle living room set three weeks ago. Within a week the staples on the love seat are coming apart, cushions and ottoman are sinking in. I spoke to Cesar (manager) at the Webster location where I bought from. He was so RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. Did contact the service department to file a claim they were supposed to come Tuesday but due to car issues couldn't make it, scheduled for this coming Tuesday the 13th.nFURNITURE IS NOT REFUNDABLE OR RETURN or NO CREDIT ADJUSTMENTS. BUYERS DO YOUR RESEARCH, READ REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING. NOT WORTH THE MONEY AND HASSLE!!!

The salesman was amazing. Now the managers that try and handle you you need to me careful. They tried to sneak in the insurance add on to your product to get more commission. Make sure you let them know when you finance your show them you have insurance if you do. Even though I told them they still tried to stick it to you. You would have 5 stars if you wouldn’t have tried to pull that slick one. I get it make money but there is other ways. Salesman amazing the leaders for them not so much.

Great customer service at the store however worst customer service with the warehouse delivery. They didnt haul off my old appliances or install everything like I paid for them to do. Managers all gave me the run around. Ghe problem has yet to be rectified. Would not recommend.
