Prices start way too high and are even worse if you rent to own. Staff was very unhelpful.
Excellent service and kris is always helpful
I rented a mattress and a bed frame from Aaron’s and I took the day off work to make sure I was there for the delivery. I called the store right when they opened to confirm my delivery for that afternoon. The expected delivery was anywhere from 3-7pm. At 3pm they called to inform me that they had FORGOTTEN my bed and I wouldn’t be getting my bed until Friday. Because they waited to call so late in the day I had already gotten rid of my old bed to make room for the new bed. Thank you to Aaron’s I now have to sleep on the floor. And I took a day off work for nothing. Let’s hope and pray that they don’t forget again on Friday.
I love the store I have been going to this store since 2013 Everyone has always been so friendly and helpful .
Came in for Black Friday to get a laptop. The one I wanted was $2 more than what my buying power was. The employee who helped me said this was not a problem and I could still get the item. I set up delivery and on the day of, I was waiting for someone to come. I was told FIVE MINUTES before the four delivery window ended that they could not deliver the item because of the item being $2 more than my buying power. When I spoke to the manager, he was rude and unhelpful. I wasted hours of my time for nothing and lost out on getting a Black Friday deal elsewhere. Don’t waste your time coming here!
